These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services provided by GMPify Training ("GMPify", "we", "us" or "our"), including our marketing website at www.gmpify.com and our training platform at learn.gmpify.com.
By accessing our websites or creating an account on our training platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
If you are accessing GMPify on behalf of an organisation — such as a pharmaceutical company, contract research organisation, or other employer — you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you individually and that organisation.
GMPify provides on-demand pharmaceutical GMP training courses delivered through our online learning platform. Our courses are built from FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and other publicly available regulatory guidance documents. The service includes:
Important: GMPify training courses are educational resources designed to support pharmaceutical GMP knowledge and awareness. They are not a substitute for your organisation's own GMP training programme, site-specific procedures, or qualified person oversight. Completion of a GMPify course does not by itself constitute compliance with any regulatory requirement.
To access our training platform you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete information including your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at training@gmpify.com.
Each subscription seat corresponds to one individual user account. Individual subscriptions are for single-user access only. Team subscriptions provide the number of seats specified in the plan. Sharing a single account login among multiple individuals is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the GMPify service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
GMPify offers monthly subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All plans provide access to the full course catalog for the duration of the active subscription period. Plan details, including the number of user seats included, are as described at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise GMPify to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate renewal notice prior to each automatic charge. You can view your next billing date and manage your subscription at any time through your account settings at learn.gmpify.com.
We may change our subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will not lose access to training records or certificates issued prior to suspension.
We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at training@gmpify.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at learn.gmpify.com, or by contacting us at training@gmpify.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to the platform until that date.
After your subscription ends:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that causes harm to GMPify or other users. Where possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before taking action.
You agree to use the GMPify service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Certificates: GMPify completion certificates are issued to the individual who completed the course and passed the assessment. Certificates must not be altered, falsified, or misrepresented. Presenting a GMPify certificate as evidence of a training activity completed by someone other than the certificate holder is strictly prohibited.
All course content, slide presentations, PDF materials, assessment questions, website text, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through the GMPify service are the intellectual property of GMPify Training or our licensors. All rights are reserved.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course materials for your own personal professional development during the term of your active subscription. This licence does not include the right to:
Our courses are built from publicly available regulatory documents including FDA regulations (21 CFR), FDA guidance documents, and ICH guidelines. These source documents are published by government agencies and international regulatory bodies and are in the public domain. GMPify's original expression — course structure, explanatory text, slide design, quiz questions, and editorial judgement — remains our intellectual property.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
A completion certificate is issued automatically when you pass the course assessment with a score of 80% or above. Certificates include your name, the course title, the date of completion, your score, and a unique certificate identifier.
GMPify certificates are designed to support pharmaceutical GMP training qualification records. They are intended to be used as evidence of individual learning activity and awareness — not as evidence of competency assessment, qualification, or regulatory approval.
Certificates do not expire. However, regulatory requirements and course content may change over time. We recommend that pharmaceutical professionals periodically retake courses to ensure their knowledge reflects current regulatory expectations, consistent with their organisation's training management requirements.
We retain records of all certificates issued. If you need to verify a certificate — for example during an FDA inspection or internal audit — please contact us at training@gmpify.com and we will confirm the record.
The content provided through the GMPify service is for general educational and informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure that course content accurately reflects applicable FDA regulations and ICH guidelines at the time of publication, regulations and guidance documents are subject to change. GMPify courses should not be relied upon as legal or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your organisation's GMP compliance programme meets the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. GMPify accepts no responsibility for regulatory compliance decisions made on the basis of our course content.
We aim to provide continuous access to the GMPify platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMPify Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory sanctions — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
The GMPify service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our platform relies on third-party service providers including TalentLMS (platform hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Brevo (email delivery). Your use of these services in connection with GMPify is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
Our websites may contain links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of external sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Team subscriptions provide access for multiple named users up to the seat limit of your plan. The account administrator is responsible for:
For enterprise arrangements with custom terms, seat counts, or service level requirements, please contact us at training@gmpify.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the GMPify service shall first be addressed by contacting us at training@gmpify.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before any formal proceeding is initiated.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
